Vietnamfasttrackservice.com (VFS) is a
service provided by Vietnam Aviation Link Group. By using
www.vietnamfasttrackservice.com.com or any third-party website through which Vietnamfasttrackservice.com
services are provided, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and
conditions, which shall take effect immediately. Vietnamfasttrackservice.com is
committed to exceeding your expectations and ensuring comfort and security when
booking lounge or meet and assist services with us. Please review the Terms and

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking will be confirmed based on the
following conditions:
Acceptance of these terms.
Completion of a booking form.
Full payment.
Upon acceptance of your payment, confirmation
will be issued for each booking. It is essential to have your booking
confirmation and/or booking reference number when traveling to enable the
service provider at the airport to verify your booking.
Included Services:
Our prices include the airport
facilities/services listed on the individual lounge and meet and assist pages.
Acknowledgment and Agreement:
By using our services, you acknowledge and
agree to the following:
Comply with specific requests related to
airport safety and security.
Follow all reasonable directions,
instructions, or orders issued by airport employees or VFS staff, whether verbally
or in writing.
Comply with any other reasonable terms
issued verbally or in writing by the airport authorities or VFS.
Meet & Assist/ Fasttrack Service:
a. The meet and assist service will
typically commence when the Agent meets you and end when the Agent leaves you.
b. For services at airports or pick-up
locations, it is the customer's responsibility to locate and wait for the Vietnamfasttrackservice.com
agent at the specified meeting point. The agent will contact the customer if
they cannot locate them. Failure to do so may be considered a "no
show," and no refund will be provided.
c. If the flight details change to a
different flight number and/or carrier, it is the customer's responsibility to
inform Vietnamfasttrackservice.com in advance.
d. The customer must declare in advance any
Dangerous or Disallowed Goods to be carried. The agent will not be held
responsible for any penalties, loss, damage, costs, claims, or expenses
resulting from a breach of this requirement.
Flowers:
Vietnamfasttrackservice.com ensures that
all flowers provided and ordered by the customer will be fresh and meet the
required quality standards.
Fast Track:
a. Vietnamfasttrackservice.com provides the
fast track service in some airports, as specified on the Meet & Assist specific
pages. However, Vietnamfasttrackservice.com cannot be held liable if
immigration officers, under any circumstance, do not permit the agent to pass
through the "Fast Track" counters.
Lounges:
a. Directions: Please ensure you have
directions to your lounge. Directions are included on your customer booking
confirmations.
b. Airside/Landside: Airside lounges are
located after Passport Control and can only be used by customers with a valid
boarding card. They may not always be suitable for domestic flights. Landside
lounges are located before Passport Control and can be used by non-traveling
individuals or people on domestic flights.
c. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in any
airport terminal building, including the airport lounges, unless designated
smoking rooms or cabins are available.
d. Luggage: For security reasons, you must
keep your luggage with you at all times, even if you plan to return.
e. Announcements: While we may display
flight information or make flight boarding announcements, agents working for
NAS are not responsible for ensuring that you board your flight.
f. Arrival Times: You can arrive at the
lounge up to four hours before your flight. An additional fee will apply for
every additional hour beyond this limit.
g. Children: Some lounges may restrict
access for children. Where children are allowed, they must be accompanied by an
adult at all times. Please check before booking. Passengers under 18 years old
must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult at all times and
must not have access to alcoholic beverages.
h. Groups: No groups of ten passengers or
more (including groups made through multiple bookings) will be allowed entry to
the lounge unless prior authorization has been granted before booking and
arrival. If prior authorization has not been requested, the lounge reserves the
right to decline entry.
i. Use of Lounge: The use of lounges is
subject to the terms and conditions of each lounge in the country of departure.
Each lounge will make reasonable efforts to provide the lounge facilities
during the advertised hours. However, the lounge reserves the right to vary the
hours of operation or temporarily close the lounge (for refurbishment,
relocation, etc.). In such cases, an alternative lounge may be provided. The lounge
will also make reasonable efforts to maintain a suitable environment, including
cleanliness and the availability of lounge staff. To ensure the highest quality
of service, we reserve the right to refuse entry or require a passenger to
leave the lounge at any time for any reason deemed appropriate, such as being
under 18 and unaccompanied, being intoxicated, behaving in a manner that causes
discomfort to others, or not wearing appropriate clothing.
Cancellations, Amendments, and Refunds:
a. Cancellation Refunds:
If the cancellation is made more than 48
hours before the confirmed service time, a 100% refund will apply.
If the cancellation is made between 48 and
24 hours before the confirmed service time, a 50% refund will be provided.
If the cancellation is made within 24 hours
of the confirmed service time, no refund will be applicable.
b. Amendments:
Amendments can be made up to 2 hours prior
to the scheduled service. Amendments made less than 2 hours before the
scheduled service will be considered a "No-Show."
c. No Shows and Declined Service:
No shows or service declined for any reason
will be charged at 100%.
d. Refund Processing:
Any refund due to you will be paid within
30 days of the date on which you cancelled your booking.
e. Promotional Codes:
Please note that when products are booked
with a promotional code, no refunds can be given.
f. Disruption due to Natural Phenomena:
In the event of disruption caused by
natural phenomena, including volcanic activity and adverse weather conditions,
our normal cancellation and refund terms will apply.
General:
a. Use of Data:
VFS will use your data to provide the
service, conduct market research, including statistical analysis of subscriber
behavior, and send you details of services. Your customer information will not
be passed on for use by third parties.
b. Events beyond Control:
VFS will not be liable to you if events
beyond its control prevent it from performing its obligations.
c. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:
VFS may amend these terms and conditions
from time to time, and the amended terms will come into force at the time they
are posted.
d. Property Loss or Damage:
In no circumstances will we accept any
responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to you or any
other passenger.
e. Jurisdiction:
These terms are subject to the laws of Vietnam
government, and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Vietnamese
courts.
f. Assignment and Severability:
Vietnamfasttrackservice.com may assign or
transfer its obligations at any time. If any parts of these terms are found to
be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain in force.
Problems with the Services:
If you encounter a problem with your
booking, please inform the service provider immediately to give them the
opportunity to rectify the problem. If you do not advise the provider at the
time, it may be difficult to pursue a complaint later. Please submit any
outstanding issues in writing (with receipts if appropriate) within 30 (thirty)

Use of the Website:
You agree not to use, reproduce, republish,
download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise
use www.vietnamfasttrackservice.com content (including text, images, URLs,
pricing information, etc.) in any way except for your own personal,
non-commercial use.
