These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of VietnamFastTrackService.com (“VFS”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and all airport assistance services provided through our website.

By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Vietnam Fast Track Service provides airport meet and assist services including:

• Fast Track Arrival

• Fast Track Departure

• Fast Track Connection

• Optional private car transfer

• Optional visa support coordination

We act as a service coordinator and provider of airport assistance.

We are not an airline, immigration authority, or government agency.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

1. A completed booking form is submitted

2. Full payment is received

3. A confirmation email is issued

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate.

3. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate flight details

• Notify us of flight changes at least 48 hours in advance

• Arrive at the designated meeting point on time

• Follow airport and immigration regulations

• Comply with instructions given by airport authorities and VFS staff

Failure to comply may result in service disruption without refund.

4. Service Delivery

4.1 Meet & Assist

Service begins when our airport agent meets the passenger at the designated meeting point and ends when the escort process is completed.

If the passenger cannot be located at the meeting point and fails to respond to contact attempts, the service will be treated as a No-Show.

4.2 Fast Track Service

Fast Track assistance is provided where airport and immigration authorities permit priority access.

We do not guarantee:

• Exclusive access to priority lanes

• Zero waiting time

• Immigration approval

Final authority rests with airport and government officials.

4.3 Connection Services

Connection support depends on:

• Minimum airline transfer times

• Immigration procedures

• Airport operational conditions

We are not responsible for missed flights caused by airline schedule changes or insufficient layover time.

4.4 Car Transfer

Car transfer services are provided by licensed drivers or third-party transport providers.

Traffic delays, accidents, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

In summary:

• More than 48 hours before service → Eligible for refund

• Less than 48 hours → Partial or no refund

• No-Show → No refund

Payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

6. Immigration & Government Authority Disclaimer

Vietnam Fast Track Service has no authority over:

• Immigration decisions

• Visa approvals

• Customs clearance

• Security screening procedures

Any decision made by government or airport authorities is beyond our control and does not constitute service failure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Vietnam Fast Track Service shall not be liable for:

• Missed flights

• Airline delays

• Visa rejection

• Immigration refusal

• Government action

• Loss or damage of personal property

• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the booked service.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Severe weather

• Airport closure

• Political instability

• Government restrictions

• Airline operational issues

In such cases, standard cancellation terms apply.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on VietnamFastTrackService.com including text, images, branding, and pricing information is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee 100% security of data transmitted via the internet.

11. Complaints & Claims

Any complaint must be submitted in writing within:

30 days of service date

Failure to notify within this period may invalidate claims.

12. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.

Updated terms take effect upon publication on our website.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Vietnamese courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vietnam Fast Track Service.
