Refund Policy

Vietnam Fast Track Service

Effective Date: 22/2/2026

This Refund Policy applies to all services booked through VietnamFastTrackService.com (“VFS”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By confirming a booking, you agree to the following cancellation and refund terms.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Standard Cancellation

Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation before the scheduled service time (based on local airport time GMT+7).

• More than 48 hours before service time → 100% refund (excluding payment processing fees)

• Between 48 hours and 24 hours before service time → 50% refund

• Less than 24 hours before service time → No refund

Service time refers to the scheduled arrival, departure, or connection time as provided during booking.

2. Amendments

2.1 Flight Changes

Clients must notify us of any flight changes at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.

If flight changes are reported less than 48 hours before service time:

• Rescheduling is subject to availability

• Additional charges may apply

• If service cannot be rearranged, it will be treated as a No-Show

2.2 Amendments Within 2 Hours

Any amendment made less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled service time will automatically be considered a No-Show.

3. No-Show Policy

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

• Passenger fails to appear at the designated meeting point
• Incorrect flight details provided
• Failure to notify flight changes
• Passenger refuses service on site
• Immigration or airport authorities deny entry or access
• Passenger does not follow meeting instructions

A No-Show is charged at 100% of the service fee.

4. Immigration & Fast Track Disclaimer

Vietnam Fast Track Service assists passengers through available priority lanes where permitted.

However, we are not responsible if:

• Immigration officers restrict access to fast track lanes
• Airport authorities change procedures
• Government decisions delay processing

In such cases, the service is still considered delivered if our agent has attended and provided assistance.

No refund will be issued due to immigration authority decisions.

5. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for service disruption caused by:

• Severe weather
• Airport closure
• Natural disasters
• Political events
• Government regulations
• Airline cancellations

In such cases, standard cancellation terms apply.

6. Payment Processing Fees

Payment gateway fees (OnePay, PayPal, bank charges) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within:

7–14 business days

Processing time depends on your payment provider.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

8. Promotional Bookings

Bookings made using promotional codes or discounted rates may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Partial Service Delivery

If part of the service cannot be delivered due to operational constraints within our control, we may:

• Offer a partial refund
or
• Offer service credit

The decision will be at the discretion of Vietnam Fast Track Service management.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited strictly to the service fee paid.

We are not responsible for:

• Missed flights
• Airline schedule changes
• Visa rejection
• Lost baggage
• Personal property loss
• Immigration refusal

11. Dispute & Complaint

Any complaint must be submitted in writing within:

30 days of service date
